Police in Ashwaraopet mandal raided an illegal card gambling operation in the outskirts of Vinayakapuram on Sunday. Officers led by Sub-Inspector T. Yayathi Raju detained three individuals and seized Rs 1,800 in cash. Several others escaped during the action.
